Coordinating a successful event can be challenging for a race director.
AAA Race Services specializes in first-time events and can assist race directors with planning a new event. We will walk you through creating the registration form, online registration, promotion, sponsorships, food, awards, and race-day planning. We are never too busy to answer a question!
Manual Computerized Timing
This system is very economical and very accurate. We use a computer software to time events under 300 participants. Finish cards are handed to each finisher and are then placed on boards for immediate results in every age group.

Course Design
We recommend that you contact your City Hall for approved race routes. If assistance is needed to plan your route, we can make suggestions using online tools.
